- Candidate should have possess a degree of Bachelors of Arts, Bachelors of Science, or equivalent there from recognized University.
- Should have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as one of the subject.
- Should have proficiency in operations of computer.
Age limit : Candidate should be 18 to 37 years old. Relaxation as per Punjab Government rules.
